So what is Emotional Therapeutic Counseling?
Emotional Therapy is an interactive, creative, talking therapy for people who are suffering emotional turmoil in their lives, whether brought about by crisis, a long term situation, persistent unhappiness, depression, apathy or difficulties in relating to others. Emotional Therapy holds the belief that emotional wellbeing is a key to a happy fulfilling life.
How can Emotional Therapeutic Counselling help?
A key aspect of Emotional Therapy is the range of techniques and creative tools that can be used to assist you to both recognise and release painful feelings in an appropriate manner, by working with your emotions rather than your mind.
The therapy goes at your pace and the numbers of sessions will vary according to your needs. Emotional Therapeutic Counsellors are trained to a very high standard and subscribe to a Code of Conduct which provides commitment to ongoing training and supervision.

It is important for you to find a therapist you feel comfortable with and I offer an initial consultation (20-30 minutes) free so we can meet in person and you can ask any questions you may have to help you make the right choice for you. Therapy sessions generally last 50 minutes.
